State Of Arkansas Boat & Jet Ski Registration
Arkansas boating registration laws can be found in § 27-101-301 of the
2015 Arkansas Code. All watercraft must be registered and have the corresponding registration number displayed on both sides of the bow. This includes all boats propelled by a sail or motor.
